About:


  • Is a report ( study ) issued every two years talking about the evolution of the services provided to individuals by governments and the development of e-Government .
  • The study monitor how governments are using information and communication technologies to strengthen the delivery of public services . also monitor the inter-linkages between the efforts and sustainable development efforts .
  • UN classification of electronic governments analyzes how governments employ e-government policies and programs to support the efficiency, effectiveness, inclusiveness as agents of development .
  • According to several criteria states are evaluated and placed in the classification of the world's continents .

Key findings :


  • South Korea is the No. 1 country in the world in the application of e-government, followed by the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, Denmark, and then came the United States, Canada, France, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, after the order and the list extends to twenty countries .
